We take copyright infringement seriously and respond promptly to valid notices. This page explains our DMCA compliance procedures, including how to submit a notice of claimed infringement and how to file a counter-notice if you believe your content was removed in error.
1. Safe Harbor Compliance
iptvtest8k.shop operates as a streaming gateway and informational guide. We do not host, store, transmit, or distribute any copyrighted content or IPTV streams. All content on our website — including articles, guides, and recommendations — is original or properly licensed.
We are not responsible for the content or availability of third-party IPTV services. Our role is limited to providing educational testing methodologies and provider comparisons. If you believe any content on our website infringes your copyright, please follow the notification procedure below.
2. Notification of Infringement
If you are a copyright owner (or an authorised agent) and believe that any material on iptvtest8k.shop infringes your copyright, you may submit a written notification (a "DMCA Takedown Notice") to our Designated Agent. The notice must include the following elements as required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3):
- Physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorised agent.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing (including a URL or specific location on our site).
- Contact information of the notifying party (name, address, phone number, email).
- A statement that the notifying party has a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that the notifying party is authorised to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
Please send all notices to our Designated Agent at:
- Email: [email protected] (subject line: "DMCA Takedown Notice")
- WhatsApp: Send a DMCA notice via WhatsApp
We will process valid takedown notices promptly and, where appropriate, remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material. We will also make a good-faith effort to notify the affected user or content provider.
3. Counter-Notification
If you believe that your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice to our Designated Agent. The counter-notice must include:
- Physical or electronic signature of the content provider or user.
- Identification of the material that was removed and the location where it previously appeared.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that the content provider has a good faith belief that the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Contact information (name, address, phone number, and email).
- A consent statement to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which the address is located (or the Northern District of California if the address is outside the US), and a consent to service of process from the original notifying party.
Upon receipt of a valid counter-notice, we will forward it to the original complaining party. If the original party does not file a court action within 10 business days, we may restore the removed material.
4. Repeat Infringer Policy
In accordance with the DMCA, we maintain a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, users or account holders who are repeat infringers. We also reserve the right to remove or disable access to any content that we believe, in our sole discretion, infringes the copyright of others.
5. Misrepresentation
Please note: Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing, or that material was removed by mistake, may be liable for damages (including costs and attorneys' fees). Please ensure that your notices and counter-notices are accurate and made in good faith.
6. Third-Party IPTV Content
iptvtest8k.shop does not host, store, or transmit any third-party IPTV streams, channel lineups, or media files. All content we publish is original text, graphics, and analysis. We do not aggregate or index streams. Therefore, we are not the source of any IPTV content that may be claimed to infringe copyright.
If you believe a third-party IPTV provider is offering unauthorised streams, we recommend contacting that provider directly or reporting them to the appropriate authorities. We do not have the ability to remove third-party streams or content.
